26 August: Depart USA

 

27 Aug: Arrive Cape Town. Settle in for 5 nights, and spend your days exploring Cape Town, from Table Mountain to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, the Victoria & Albert Waterfront, to markets and local fares. A day trip to Cape Point and Boulders beach, exploring the area in included

 

1 September: Fly to Victoria Falls for 5 nights. We will spend 5 wonderful days experiencing the falls, the small town, wildlife conservation efforts and such.  A list of highly recommended excursions is on the itinerary.

 

6 September: Fly to Nelspruit and explore the beauty of The Panoramic Route.

 

8 September: Drive to Sabi Sands Private Safari Reserve for 5 nights of spectacular safari watching. The Sabi Sands private game reserve borders Kruger National Park, where there are no fences. We will spend 5 glorious nights at this amazing lodge and enjoy 2 game drives per day watching the animals.  It is common to see the big 5 within the first 2 days.

 

13 September: Head north to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek for 4 nights of fabulous lodging, hiking, food, and wine.

 

17 September: Depart for USA
