Terms and Conditions:

  1. All costs are subject to change and accommodation is estimated at the "comfort" price point.

  2. Adding days, excursions, or upgrades will increase the base cost, while the removal of days, excursions, or downgrades may reduce it.

  3. Your international airfare is not included in the cost estimate.

  4. KapuAfrica Travel LLC will create a customized itinerary. The estimated cost includes all accommodation, local transportation (both air and ground), gratuities, and excursions listed in the itinerary.

  5. A qualified KapuAfrica guide or representative will accompany my group to ensure comfort, familiarity, and provide valuable local insights.

  6. I agree not to hold KapuAfrica Travel, LLC or Amanda Rieman responsible for any unfortunate events that may occur.  I understand that KapuAfrica Travel, LLC and Amanda Rieman are not travel agencies. They offer no protection or reimbursement against missed or canceled flights/ground transportation, lost or late luggage/personal items of any type, illness, injury or the cancellation of this trip by me, the guest.

  7. I am responsible for my own travel and health insurance. Guests are required to purchase their own travel insurance and provide proof of coverage. We recommend using Global Rescue.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancelation by you, the guest, cannot be avoided, KapuAfrica will work with you to reimburse, or offer a credit for future travel, for as much as possible.  If airfares within Africa have been purchased and permits acquired there is no refund of those costs. 

 

If cancellation of any booking, or part thereof, is received 270 to 121 days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation fee plus incurred airfare and permits fees will be charged.

If cancellation of any booking, or part thereof, is received 120 days to 91 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee plus incurred airfare and permits fees will be charged.

If cancellation of any booking, or part thereof, is received 90 days to 31 day prior to arrival, an 80% cancellation fee plus incurred airfare and permits fees will be charged.

If cancellation of any booking, or part thereof, is received 30 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
